Online Marriage Counselling & Couples Therapy

A neutral, confidential space for couples to talk, online, in English, Hindi or Gujarati.

Online sessions English, Hindi & Gujarati Confidential

When every conversation turns into an argument, or you feel more like flatmates than partners, it can be hard to know where to start. Online marriage counselling gives you both a calm, neutral space to talk with a trained counsellor, without travelling or worrying about being seen at a clinic.

Couples counselling is not about deciding who is right. It helps you understand what keeps going wrong between you, communicate without hurting each other, and decide together what you want for your relationship.

Common concerns we help with

You might be thinking something like:

  • “We fight over small things and it always gets out of hand.”
  • “My husband / wife doesn’t understand me anymore.”
  • “We have stopped talking. We just live under the same roof.”
  • “Interference from in-laws and family is affecting our marriage.”
  • “Trust broke after an affair or a lie, and we don’t know how to move on.”
  • “We are thinking about separation or divorce, but we are not sure.”
  • “We are getting married and want to start on the right foot.” (pre-marital counselling)

If any of these sound familiar, you are not alone, and you do not need to have the right words before you book.

How online marriage counselling works

You can attend together, or one of you can start with individual sessions. In the first session your counsellor listens to each partner’s view, asks about your relationship and what you both hope will change, and explains how sessions will work.

Your counsellor will explain at the start how individual conversations and confidentiality are handled between partners, so you both know what to expect. They stay neutral and do not take sides.

Depending on your needs, approaches may include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Couples Therapy (CBCT), communication skills, conflict resolution and work on rebuilding trust.

Pre-marital counselling

Couples who are engaged or planning to marry can book sessions to talk through expectations about family, money, roles, intimacy and handling disagreements, before these become sources of conflict.

If you are thinking about separation

Counselling can help you think clearly before making a big decision, whether you want to try to repair the relationship or separate with less conflict, especially if you have children. We do not give legal advice.

Frequently asked questions

Can marriage counselling work if only one partner attends?

Yes, it can still help. Starting on your own lets you understand your patterns, explore your options and decide how to approach your partner. Your partner can join later if they choose. See our guide on how to ask your partner to try counselling.

What happens in the first marriage counselling session?

Your counsellor gets to know you both: your relationship history, the problems that brought you here and what each of you wants. They explain how sessions and confidentiality work. You do not have to share everything in the first session.

Will the counsellor take sides?

No. A couples counsellor’s role is to stay neutral and help both partners be heard. If either of you feels a session was unbalanced, you can say so; that is a useful conversation in itself.

Can marriage counselling save a marriage?

No counsellor can promise a particular outcome. Counselling can help you both understand what is going wrong, communicate more safely and make a clearer decision about your future together.

Can we have couples counselling in Gujarati or Hindi?

Yes. Sessions are available in English, Hindi and Gujarati, and partners can mix languages. Tell us your preference when you book.

How much does online counselling cost?

The fee depends on the type of session and the counsellor. We do not list fees online because they vary, so please call or WhatsApp us on +91 90707 19090 and we will tell you the current fee, session length and cancellation terms before you book. You are never charged for asking.
