For many common concerns, such as anxiety, low mood, stress and relationship difficulties, talking to a trained professional by video can work well, and many people find it easier to open up from home. It is not suitable as the only support in an emergency. If your counsellor feels another kind of help would suit you better, they will tell you. Read more about online counselling.
Yes. Sessions are available in English, Hindi and Gujarati, and many people mix languages, which is completely fine. Mention your preferred language when you book and we will confirm which counsellor you will meet.
The fee depends on the type of session and the counsellor. We do not list fees online because they vary, so please call or WhatsApp us on +91 90707 19090 and we will tell you the current fee, session length and cancellation terms before you book. You are never charged for asking.
Yes. What you discuss in a session is confidential. Your counsellor will explain how notes are kept and the limited situations, such as a serious risk to someone’s safety, in which confidentiality may have to be broken. You join from your own private space, so there is no waiting room.
You do not need to decide alone. Call or WhatsApp us with a line or two about what is troubling you and we will suggest the right service and counsellor. You do not need to share personal details at this stage.
No. You can book directly. Many people start by describing how they have been feeling and what has changed. You do not need to know the “right” words.
